I was trying to buy a chair and a few replacement parts, but almost everything I needed was out of stock. I checked back a couple more times thinking maybe it would update, but nope, still unavailable. It’s frustrating when the site shows items like they’re an option, but you can’t actually buy them. i don’t really trust customer service to give a straight answer on when anything will be back, so I didn’t even bother reaching out.

I took this chair on a few trips and at first it seemed fine, but it started feeling flimsy quickly. After a little use, the stitching began coming loose, and one of the poles bent way easier than I expected. Based on my experience, I just don’t think it’s worth the price. I figured it would last longer for what I paid...

Checkout was easy overall. I didn’t really run into any problems, which was nice. Since I’m taking the time to leave feedback, I’m hoping there’s some kind of credit or compensation offered, but the process itself was smooth

I picked up a Helinox chair recently, and yeah, it’s definitely really nice!! Super lightweight, comfy, and the quality feels solid. But honestly... the price feels a little steep for what it is??? It’s good gear, no doubt, I’m just not totally convinced it’s worth paying full price!!

The packing really wasn’t it for me. I expected it to be a lot better, and dealing with it was just annoying on my end

Took this on a weekend camping trip i was a little disappointed. It felt wobbly on uneven ground. Not ideal. Setting it up in the dark was annoying too, way more fiddly than I expected. For the price, I really thought it would be better.

I really wanted to like it, but it just felt too low for me. As soon as I tried it, I could tell it wasn’t going to be comfortable, and that kind of disappointed me. It might work fine for someone else, but for me it didn’t feel right.

I picked up this Helinox chair because the listed weight limit made it seem like it would be totally fine for me, but it felt wobbly almost immediately. I picked up a Helinox chair for camping, it’s great in some ways. It’s super light, packs down easily, and the frame feels solid, so I assumed it would hold up really well overall. But after just a few trips, the fabric on the seat started wearing around the edges, and there’s already one spot that looks thinner than it should. Maybe I’m expecting too much because of the price, but it feels like it should’ve lasted longer before showing wear. It’s not a bad chair, just a little disappointing.

I was able to get it set up without too much trouble, so the process itself isn’t that hard. The only thing I noticed while going through it was that the instructions could be a little clearer in a few spots. Once I figured those parts out, everything came together fine.

I bought this thinking it would be great for camping, the beach, and just hanging out in the backyard, but... it ended up feeling more limited than I expected. It works okay on flat ground, sure, but once the surface is uneven or sandy, it’s just not that great. For the price, I thought it would be a lot more flexible. So yeah... kind of disappointed

Took awhile, but it finally showed up. Not gonna lie, I was starting to wonder if my package had been rerouted through some secret warehouse nobody talks about. In the end though, everything arrived and was fine, so I guess the system worked… suspiciously slowly, but it worked.

I picked up a helinox chair for camping and Ive been happy with it so far. The biggest win is how light it is, I barely even notice it in my pack. It also sets up really fast, which is nice after a long day outside. I do wish it was just a little wider if Im sitting in it for a while, but overall it does what I need and feels worth it. Id give it 4 stars.

I was frustrated at first and thought this was going to be a hassle. But then they helped me fix my issue really quickly, and suddenly I had nothing to complain about. Worked out way better than I expected.

I picked up a Helinox chair for camping, i’m impressed with how comfy it is considering how small it packs down. The seat support is solid, and I can hang out in it for quite a while without getting sore. I took off one star because I do wish the back was just a little higher for me, but overall I’m really happy with it!

I returned a chair and, in my head, I kind of assumed once it was sent back the refund would just move along quickly. The return itself went through fine, but the updates were slow, so I ended up checking in once to see what was going on. The refund did come through eventually. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth or automatic as I expected.

Helinox gear definitely has that clean, tidy look going for it, and I do like the colors most of the time. The chairs have a simple outdoor vibe that’s easy to appreciate. That said, a lot of the designs feel similar to me, and for the price, I guess I was expecting something a little more exciting. Wild concept, I know. It’s not ugly or anything, just very safe. Overall, 3 stars from me.

I bought this helinox chair hoping it would be a comfy camping chair, but it kind of works when it wants to. Sometimes it feels okay for a few minutes, then the seat starts feeling way too small and awkward. I’m not a big person, but I still felt squeezed in like I was sitting in a kid’s chair. The edges press into my legs and it gets annoying quickly. It is lightweight, which is nice, but for the price I expected something I could actually sit in comfortably for more than a short break.

I brought my Helinox chair on two weekend hikes, and overall I’m happy with it. It’s light enough that I didn’t mind carrying it, and it’s really nice to have a comfy seat at camp. The only thing that bugged me was getting it back into the bag after using it. It feels like the storage bag might be just a little too tight on purpose to save weight or space, but who knows. Not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying when you’re tired and trying to pack up
